Semi formal attire recommended. This event is outdoors on the patio so please dress appropriately for the weather.

We would love for you to join us the night before the wedding and enjoy drinks and light bites at the Stoke & Rye Restaurant in Avon hosted by the groom’s parents. A relaxed evening to mix, mingle, and toast to the weekend ahead! Valet Parking: Available for $20 per vehicle at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa where the Stoke & Rye Restaurant is located. Please mention our event for the $20 valet rate. Other Transportation: Uber and Lyft is available but can be limited, and local bus or shuttle systems may be used to get to and from this event. **Please note: light cocktail bites will be served, but a full meal will not be provided. We recommend our guests make dinner plans before or after the event. We can’t wait to see you there!

Wedding

4:30 pm

Cocktail attire is recommended. The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass with mixed terrain. Please dress accordingly for the weather and terrain during the ceremony.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors at Camp Hale's Wedding Island, just a short walk across a gravel road and grass from the main tent area. Cocktail hour will follow in the outdoor cocktail area just outside the tent. The reception will take place inside the tent, which has hard flooring. Restrooms will be available for guest use inside the main lodge. LIMITED PARKING Parking at the venue is limited, and the drive includes a steep mountain pass that can be challenging, especially after dark. Complimentary shuttles will be provided for all guests to and from the wedding. If you plan on drinking, please use the complimentary shuttle for a safe ride home. SHUTTLES Shuttles will pick up guests at the Vail Village parking structures at 3:15 PM on the wedding day. Return shuttles run from ~8 PM until the reception ends. Pick-up details will be shared closer to the event. Please include your email in your RSVP for shuttle updates.
