The earlier, the better when it comes to booking international flights. We recommend arriving in Italy at least a day before the welcome dinner to start adjusting to the time zone and allow for any travel mishaps. Check the travel page for more details.
You will need a passport! And make sure that it doesn't expire within 3 months of your travel dates. We learned that the hard way :)
We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding! Other than that, Florence is very easy to get around. You can walk, Uber, or take a taxi. If you’re staying at the villa: There is parking on-site if you’d like to rent a car for your stay If you’re staying in Florence: We recommend against renting a car for the city, but you can always rent one for just the day to explore the countryside
Yes! We’ll provide shuttles to and from the wedding venue—more details to come.

All events will (hopefully) be outside!
