Please call the hotel directly at the number listed above to book your room and reference the Vaillancourt/Daniel Wedding Block. Be sure to make your reservation no later than August 14th to receive our special rate.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Point-Fort Montgomery

This off-campus hotel is located about ten minutes south of West Point. Please reference the Daniel Vaillancourt Wedding or DVW to book your room. Be sure to make your reservation no later than September 29th to receive our special rate.

Flight

Getting to West Point

The closest airport to campus is Stewart International (SWF), however service into and out of this location can be quite limited. We recommend flying into one of the NYC area airports for this reason, with Newark (EWR) saving guests the need to navigate NYC traffic upon departure. The drive from the NYC airports to West Point varies between 1h20 and 1h45 with light traffic. Once you arrive in the area, guests may drive or use public transportation to travel north to West Point. More information regarding these options can be found at the link below. Travel Note

Entering Campus

West Point is an active military post. All individuals 16 years of age and older must be prepared to present a valid, government issued photo ID (e.g. military ID, driver's license, DMV ID, passport, etc.) to gain access to campus. Guests should enter campus at the Thayer Gate in the village of Highland Falls just outside the Thayer Hotel. Guests not using a military ID on post MUST pick up their visitor’s passes upon arrival to the area. Please text Kim Pandick at 919-619-7229 to arrange pickup at the Thayer Hotel.
