Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

YES! We will be having offering complimentary beer, wine, prosecco, coffee, water, and soda to all our guests throughout the night as well as appetizers during cocktail hour, a plated dinner, dessert wall, and late night pizza! There will be a cash bar option for all other alcoholic beverages.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style plated dinner where everyone will receive a dinner roll, caesar salad, chicken bruschetta, cheese tortellini in spinach cream sauce, and green beans almandine. We have the ability to accommodate some dietary restricts, so please don't hesitate to reach out if needed and we will do our best to accommodate your special request.

What time do the shuttles leave?

Answer

We will have complimentary shuttles running to and from Treasure Island. The shuttle company is called Eddie's White Glove. SHUTTLE TIMES are listed under the schedule tab.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be taking place at Woodhaven! No need to drive once you have arrived.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be indoors, so no need to bring a jacket or umbrella. Just those dancing shoes!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be jumping on a bus to go and take pictures for about an hour. Guests can head down the hall to enjoy COCKTAIL HOUR with appetizers and drinks or onto the deck to enjoy the beautiful view with a cigar.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free! There is a large parking lot right outside the venue as well as overflow parking below.

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We do not want anyone drinking and driving. We just ask that you be respectful and pick up you vehical ASAP the next day.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please feel free to message the bride beforehand for any questions or suggestions.

Is the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes- the whole venue is located on one level, including the bathrooms. Please let us know ahead of time if you need any extra accessibility and we will be sure to accommodate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, with the size of our wedding, we will not be able to extend the invite to any kids. We are only able to include immediate family extended through our first cousins. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope you will be able to make arrangements to come celebrate with us.
