Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please arrange your own transportation to and from the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes "+ guest," yes.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Casual/Casual Dressy: Wear what makes you feel good! and comfortable enough for lawn games and dancing!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors. Prepare for walking on a mix of dirt/grass and paved surfaces. The dinner and reception area will be under a large tent.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a social hour (2 hours) with lawn games, delicious appetizers, and groovy tunes from Tony Fuel. After that, dinner will be served to start the reception.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We are sad that you will miss it. Please respond as such in your RSVP to the invite.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is plenty of no-cost parking at the venue.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

The deadline to RSVP is May 1. All RSVPs can be made through the RSVP page on this website.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Gastrotuck will be catering our wedding. The main meal will be a delicious 3-grain bowl with choice of protein (beef, chicken, or vegan black bean burger), a side salad, and slaw. Ice cream sandwiches will be the dessert!

What can I expect during the reception?

Answer

There will be a fantastic dinner and a few impactful speeches, followed by great music, dancing, and special performances.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Beer, wine, and liquor will be available.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We request that guests experience our ceremony mindfully and unplugged.
