A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Kingston. Enjoy walking distance to many of the attractions of the area. It's a little higher end, but roughly the same price as the Marriott hotel in Kingston.

For a slightly lower cost room, the Best Western Plus is a good option. You'll find it's also very close to downtown Kingston and about a 20-25 minute drive from the venue.

An adorable boutique hotel in Woodstock that is only 15 minutes from the Ashokan Center. It has a 3 night minimum stay over Labor Day weekend, but it's a great option for those wanting to extend their stay! Note: Rooms for Labor Day weekend will not be made available till February 1st.
House Or Rental
There are many cute spots in Woodstock or Kingston, lots to do in these towns and only a 20 min drive from the venue!
Flight
If you are flying into NYC and renting a car, the distance from all main airports is about 2 hours, depending on the hour and traffic: Newark Liberty International Airport (ERW) John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) La Guardia Airport (LGA) Other New York airports include: Albany International Airport (1hr 20min drive) New York Stewart International Airport in Newburgh (1hr drive)
Train
There is a Trailways Bus from NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal to Kingston, NY. Travel time is about 2 hours. Tickets are not available till approximately 2 months in advance. Another option coming from NYC is to catch the Metro North Railroad from Grand Central Station to Wassaic or to Poughkeepsie. The Amtrack train from Penn Station to Poughkeepsie or Rhinecliff is also an option. It is typically a 2h train ride. From any of the stations, you will still need a drive to reach your Airbnb or the wedding venues. We can't guarantee we will be able to pick up anyone, so it will be up to you to arrange it with friends for a lift.
Travel Note
Uber is working in the area, but if you consider using Ubers as your way of transportation to and from the venue, particularly for Friday when there is no shuttle service, you should calculate to book them with some time in advance. Please let us know if you need help finding a ride and we can connect you to a carpool buddy.
