There is plenty of parking available at the Ashokan Center for those driving to the venue.
Kids are welcome at the BBQ on Friday and for activities on Saturday before the ceremony. However, for the ceremony & reception, we would like to allow all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears. Thank you for understanding.
FRIDAY WELCOME BBQ - dressy casual and summer festive. Laid back! Colorful dresses of any length, jumpsuits, pantsuits, or two-piece ensembles. Casual suits, dress shirts, T-Shirts with slacks or shorts work too. We will be outdoors with bonfire to follow dinner. SATURDAY CEREMONY & RECEPTION - Summer camp meets woodland whimsy! Dress in bright colors from comfort to couture -- don't be afraid to *try* and outdo the bride & groom! Tie optional, gowns, cocktail dresses, suits are all welcome. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and dinner and dancing will be held indoors. Note: Many locations will be outdoors with grassy or gravely surfaces, so plan shoes accordingly and bring extra layers as needed in case the temperature drops.
Some of the locations require walking on uneven ground and up and down hills. If this is a bit tricky for you, we will have a golf cart available to help with transport. Please let us know if this is needed so we can let the venue know ahead of time.
