Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Samantha Prudhomme and Jonathan Phillips
While we know you're coming for a wedding, there is so much more to do and see! There is a reason Traverse City is one of our favorite places, and we hope you'll love it too. So take a look at the beauty Northern Michigan has to offer, and maybe turn our happy day into a lovely family vacation.

The Village at Grand Traverse Commons

1200 West Eleventh Street, Traverse City, MI 49684

Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

9922 West Front Street, Empire, MI 49630

Grand Traverse Distillery Tasting Room

215 East Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49684

Traverse City Wine & Beer Tours

891 Industrial Circle, Traverse City, MI 49686

Traverse City has over 40 wineries and 73 breweries/brewpubs

Rainbow Valley Family Farms

Have you ever wanted to pet an Alpaca? Because you can here!

Cherry Republic | Traverse City

154 East Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49684

They have cherry EVERYTHING. Seriously. Bring an extra suitcase. We take home about half a car full from this store annually. So good. The rest of Front Street is worth checking out as well.

Beaches!

MI

We've got Lake Michigan (find out why they're called Great) - or if you want someplace a little less crowded try Esch Road beach (part of the Sleeping Bear Dunes) and Frankfort Beach (which is also an adorable town). Elk Rapids is another great little town with a nice beach. And can't forget Torch Lake, which is often ranked as one of the prettiest lakes in the country, and has the same blue waters as the Caribbean without that pesky salt or sharks.
