Where is the event being held?

Both ceremony and reception will be held at Blue Bridge Centre - 1950 Ellis Lake Rd, Grawn MI 49637.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available, free of charge. However, we are providing transportation to and from both suggested hotels and the campground.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Reception will be indoors. There will also be an outdoor firepit available from 8:30p - 10:30p. In case of inclement weather, the entire event will be moved indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there is an open bar.

What time is last call?

Answer

Last call is at 10:45pm. The bar will stop serving promptly at 11pm.

Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, a 90-minute cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy drinks, small bites, lawn games, and the beauty of the venue.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

You will see two people with large cameras. They have kindly accepted money to take pictures for us so all of your guests can be present at the ceremony. As such, we kindly ask that everyone please put away their phones, cameras, ipads, etc. and enjoy the day with us.

Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

Both! Whichever you prefer, so long as you do so by July 1, 2026.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking guests to dress semi-formal. However, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so be mindful when choosing your shoes.

Am I allowed to bring my children? Or a date?

Answer

Children are absolutely welcome! We want to celebrate with the whole family. However, please don't bring any +1's unless your invite specifically says "and guest" as we only have so much room and food planned.

What food will be served? What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

There will be multiple appetizers served during cocktail hour. Dinner will start with a spring green salad tossed with pear-infused white balsamic vinaigrette topped with dried cherries and toasted almonds. The main course will be a duel plate with herb crusted & grilled beef tenderloin served with a demi glaze and chicken breast forestiere sauteed with fire roasted leeks and forest mushroom sauce with a side of smoked gouda redskin potatoes and fresh asparagus with fire roasted sweet peppers. There is a vegetarian option - Stuffed portabella with grilled vegetables on a bed of stewed lentils. *Children will be served the same meals, in a smaller portion. If you have any dietary restrictions, please notify us by August 1, 2026 so we can notify the caterer.
