Flights can be taken from most airports in major cities to Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Car rentals can be picked up from the airport as well. Depending on when you fly in, you can stay in Vancouver near the airport, downtown Vancouver, or closer to Fraser River Lodge, which is about 84 miles (1 hr 40 mins) from the Vancouver International Airport.

Fraser River Lodge

This is where the wedding will be held. These rooms will only be available the night of the wedding (11/04/24). Check-in will be at 2pm at the lodge. We have 8 rooms that need to be filled in the lodge for the night of the wedding. Cost per room is $275 CAD ($204 USD) per night and the room can sleep up to 3 guests. This will be on a first come, first serve basis based off of RSVP. There will be other accommodations on-site, please contact Elaine if you have any questions about other options.

The wedding couple will be staying at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver after the wedding. It is located in Downtown Vancouver for staying after the wedding if guests choose to participate in the after wedding activities. Group Room Block Details: Rooms are reserved for November 5, 2024 - November 7, 2024 There will be Standard rooms (available as a Single or Double room) at the cost of $357.00 CAD ($262.00 USD) per night. There will also be Water View King rooms (available as a Single or Double room) at the cost of $397.00 CAD ($291.00 USD) per night. All room rates are reserved until Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 3PM (PST), reservations taken after that would not include the discounted price.
