Due to some restrictions with the catering, we will not be able to accommodate special meal requests. If you are do need special foods, the venue does allow for individuals to bring their own meals to the reception.
Yes, parking is available on-site for the ceremony and overnight stays.
Transportation is not needed due to the ceremony and lodge being the same place. If you are not staying on-site, we currently do not have transportation available. We do highly recommend having your own rental car as the lodge is farther away from downtown Vancouver and the Vancouver Airport. There is also ride share available in the area.

The temperatures in November are usually between 30-40 degrees Fahrenheit. We recommend jackets. There is a chance for possible rain in the area, although we are crossing our fingers it does not happen, please plan accordingly.
We highly recommend renting a vehicle during the wedding time, but ride sharing can be used as well. Keep in mind the venue is 134 kilometers (84 miles) from the airport.
Dependent on the weather, the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.
At the on-site lodge (Fraser River Lodge), we have 7 rooms available that can sleep up to 3 guests. There are more rooms available after this minimum room count is met. The cost of each room is [INSERT COST]. For post wedding activities, we have a reserved room blocks at [INSERT HOTEL] for [INSERT COST] per room.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of chicken or vegetarian options, and various sides that will be served. The food selections will be either American style food or Indian style food.
