Shuttle from hotel to ceremony

April 25, 2026 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Shuttles are expected to leave at 3:30pm and 3:55pm. Please plan on waiting for the shuttle ~5 minutes before leaving time. There will be two shuttles making trips to the venue with the first shuttle arriving at the hotel at 3:25pm. It's a ~15min trip to our wedding venue. The shuttles pick up from the side door of the hotel, there will be a sign indicating the schedule and the receptionist will be able to direct you if it is unclear! Please take the earliest shuttle you are able to. We have confirmed with our shuttle company that there will be an emergency run, if needed, but that might result in you running to your seats.
