It is for Saturday, Oct 24 checkin - Monday, Oct 26 checkout. However, you should be able to book for only one night too. If more rooms are needed, please let Matt and Rebecca know directly so we can ask the hotel to add. The hotel will do their best to accommodate room type preferences and additional rooms, but it will all be based on availability.

Flight

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)

BWI is the closest airport to the hotel and venue (~20 minutes). They are a Southwest hub, but there are plenty of other airlines servicing BWI. Lyft and Uber are readily available to/from the airport. If BWI is inconvenient for you, we recommend the D.C. area airports: Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) or Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Train

Baltimore Penn Station

The closest train station is located in Baltimore City (~35 minutes). Lyft and Uber are readily available to/from the station. You may be able to look into local transportation from the train station, but we recommend Lyft/Uber.
