There are multiple Airbnbs in the area. Please just note if you are staying at an Airbnb, shuttle transportation will not be provided. If you want to use a taxi service we recommend A&D Taxi though you *must call at least 24 hours in advance* to prearrange a driver! (607) 433-1726

Flight

Nearest Airports

If you are coming from out of state, we recommend flying into Albany, Syracuse, Newark, JFK or LaGuardia and renting a car. It is about a 2-2.5 hour drive from Albany/Syracuse or a 3-3.5 hour drive from the NY/NJ based airports. If you’re unable to rent a car, you can take a bus or cab to Port Authority NYC and a Trailways bus to Oneonta using the link below.

Driving Directions

If you’re driving to Gilbertsville Farmhouse and not taking the shuttles follow the below directions as GPS signal is weak as you get closer. Take NY-51 and follow for about 6 miles Turn LEFT at Coye Brook Road The farmhouse is the SECOND property you will see on your right. NOTES: While you are driving on NY-51, you will see a wood sign on the road marking the beginning of the Town of Gilbertsville - (very small town). Once you pass that sign, you are about a mile from Coye Brook Road, so pay attention to your left side.

June 2, 2023 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

There will be two shuttle pick ups from the hotels, 5:30pm and 7:00pm. There will be two return trips, one at 9:30pm and one at 10:30pm.

Ceremony and Reception

June 3, 2023 1:15 pm - 1:40 pm

The ceremony is a quick 2 minute drive from the hotels and the Farmhouse is a 25 minute drive following. Shuttles will start to pick up from the hotels at 1:30pm. There will be return trips throughout the evening starting at 10:00pm through 1:00am. If you’re in the bridal party/staying on site, there will also be transportation to the ceremony.
