Sallie and Stevi originally had their hearts set on a big city, a micro-destination wedding if you will. Places like Raleigh, Charlotte, Richmond, Louisville, or Columbia sounded perfect for a weekend getaway. But then they discovered a charming venue in the country near Sallie's hometown that completely won them over, and suddenly, nothing else seemed to compare -- especially after finding out that the venue owners are Virginia Tech Hokie graduates and the wife was in Sallie's sorority. Small world! Now, let's be real -- if you're making the drive to Southside VA, you might as well stay awhile!
