FAQs

If you have any questions not answered on this page, please feel free to reach out to us. We're happy to help with travel planning or anything else!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience, no later than July 26, 2026!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your RSVP!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your kids, this will be a parents night out! We hope it gives everyone a chance to relax, dance, and enjoy the night to the fullest. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please join us in semi-formal attire. Since the celebration will be outdoors, we recommend dressing comfortably and bringing a light layer for when the evening cools down!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We're planning an outdoor ceremony and reception. The venue is in Ramona, so temperatures will be warm, around 80°F (27°C) early in the evening and cooling to the low-to-mid 70s°F (22°C) after sunset, so please dress with that in mind!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will open at 3:30 PM. To ensure we start on time, please plan to be seated by 3:50 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM!

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

As the venue is in a more remote setting, we recommend driving or using a rideshare service. Uber and Lyft are available to and from the venue. However, we strongly encourage pre-scheduling your evening pickup in advance, as availability can be limited in the area.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of complimentary parking will be available at the venue for guests who are driving. No need to worry about finding a spot!

Question

Is transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from downtown San Diego to the venue, departing from the San Diego Marriott Marquis at 3:00 PM. Seats are automatically reserved for guests traveling from overseas. For guests joining from within the US, a limited number of seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If all seats are filled, please still sign up for the waitlist so we can reach out if any cancellations occur. Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We've arranged room blocks at three hotels to suit different preferences: two conveniently located near the venue, and two in the heart of downtown San Diego for those looking to make a little vacation out of the trip! As this falls on Labor Day weekend, we recommend booking early. Visit our Hotels page for details and booking links!
