We will be taking the following precautions: - Even though we are extremely excited to celebrate with you all, if you are feeling unwell, PLEASE stay home. - Masks are required, if you forget one... we will have a limited number of extras for our guests - We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the venue including touchless sanitizer stations - Additional seating will be made available in the ceremony site to allow for 6' social distancing - There will be attendants holding the entrance door for the venue so continuous touching of the door doesn't occur. - For dinner, we will be having a buffet but we will have servers serve all the food rather than having every guest touch the serving utensils. - Our venue is doing their best to keep tables 6' apart and we will be strategically planning our seating chart so that guests sit with family members and people that they have normal contact with. Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outdoors and on natural ground so please dress for the weather and your comfort. It is November in Indiana so you never know what the weather will bring.
Fingers crossed we will have beautiful weather. November in Indiana can be all over the place from high 30s to in the 50s. Once it gets closer we will sure to update the weather.
We love ALL of your children but due to limited venue capacity we had to limit the number of children invited. We hope you understand!

Yes, there is a parking lot on site and we will have a golf cart shuttle for your convenience. If needed, vehicles can be left in the parking lot overnight and picked back up on Sunday.
Both the ceremony and the reception are at Hidden Hollow farm. The ceremony will be taking place outdoors and depending on the weather maybe even the cocktail hour.
The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be inside the barn on site. There will be a fire pit located outside the barn throughout the night for guests to enjoy a s'more or warm up by the fire.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures on-site for an hour. Guests can make their way to the barn where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.
Yes, please indicate on your RSVP any dietary restrictions you have and we will work with our caterer to ensure these needs are met.
