What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Business casual? Dress nice but comfortable. Wear something that says "I'm here for the ceremony but I like to party". It is a wedding after all.

What about the weather?

Answer

Well, the ceremony is outdoors...in August. Watch the weather and plan accordingly. The reception is climate controlled and indoors with an outdoor patio area. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

I have special dietary requirements, what do I do?

Answer

Please let us know ASAP if you have special dietary restrictions or requirements and we will make sure you're all set and worry free. If you don't tell us...well, we can't help you.

Is there a designated smoking area?

Unfortunately, Cornman Farms property is 100% smoke free. Sorry :(

I noticed the venue is a farm, what's the bathroom situation looking like?

There is a hole out back. Please use the milk crate with attached toilet seat. No, I am not serious. There are normal bathrooms ya dingus.

Help! I got lost on the way to the venue, what do I do?

Why were you not using your phones GPS capability to help you navigate? All jokes aside, please give yourself ample time to arrive safely and to account for travel/traffic/etc. The venue is super easy to find, you don't need to worry.

I noticed there is no wedding registry, did you forget to register?

Answer

Believe it or not, that was intentional. We're both in our mid-30's and prior to living together we both had our own sets of literally everything. We already own 2 toasters, 4 crockpots, 42 dish sets, 190 coffee mugs, and somehow we have accumulated 3 coffee makers. We tried really hard for several days browsing registry items, and couldn't think of anything. If you feel kind enough to offer us a wedding gift, please consider donating to our honeymoon fund. We promise to think of you fondly when we buy a magnet from the souvenir shop.
