When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than June 19th, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive a few minutes before 4:30 PM to find a seat. Please no cellphones during the ceremony. If you are staying off site, allow yourself plenty of time for parking should the lot at the venue be full. There is parking across the street at Mill Falls sister properties as well as many of the side streets.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Suits Recommended (ties not needed), no jeans or shorts please. Ladies think Anthropologie inspired flowy sundresses or maxi dresses. Wedges or flats recommended as ceremony and cocktail hour is on grass. Bring your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Please only RSVP with the number provided on your invite. We have limited space based on venue capacity and want to celebrate with those nearest and dearest to us.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing kiddos with chicken fingers and french fries for dinner and some activities to keep them entertained.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We recommend staying at the venue Church Landing at Mill Falls. There are also a number of other hotels within the Mill Falls group that can be booked. Please check out our room block under travel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, the venue is very accommodating. Please provide us all allergy information within your RSVP and we will work with the venue to make it happen.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, guest parking is available onsite. If you are staying off site, allow yourself plenty of time for parking should the lot at the venue be full. There is parking across the street at Mill Falls sister properties as well as many of the side streets.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
If you are staying at the Church Landings at Mill Falls the main events are all onsite. If you are staying at any of the other Mill Falls properties in downtown Meredith, it is less than a 5 minute walk to the Church Landings venue. There will NOT be transportation available for those staying off site. Please plan accordingly.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Please see the schedule section of this website. The Welcome Party, due to limited capacity, is prioritized for out of town guests based on distance traveled. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone on Saturday!
