The Wedding Website of Sabrina Dos Santos and Duke Bednarke
International flights vary widely in cost. Typically the closer to the day of travel the tickets are bought, the more expensive they are. Duke and Sabrina would love for as many of those they love to come. Please plan ahead.

Flight

Benito Suarez International Airport

Benito Suarez (MEX) International Airport is the closest and the airport we would recommend flying into.

Hotel

Hilton Mexico City Reforma

70 Avenida Juárez, Ciudad de México, CDMX 06010, Mexico

This is where we will be having our reception after the ceremony. The link will direct you to book directly with the hotel with the reservation for September 1st through the 4th, however, you can "edit stay" and select the time frame you would like.

Travel Tips

1. A valid passport is necessary to travel to Mexico. 2. Uber is a reliable ride app, it would be a good idea to download the app, or a similar on, and set it up prior to arriving at the airport. Avoid ordering a taxi. 3. The airport has free wifi available, but it is not always reliable. 4. Make sure your phone is charged when arriving in Mexico. The outlets at the airport are not dependable. 5. Keep your phone on airplane mode when landing in Mexico to avoid roaming fees. Many phone carriers such as T-Mobile have complimentary international service. 6. Please notify your credit card company of your travel to avoid your card getting declined.

Information for Mexico City

The area the hotel is in (Reforma) as well as the neighborhood that church is (Lomas) are both safer areas. September is the rainy season in Mexico, pack accordingly.

Simplified Arrival Procedure for Mexico City International Airport

1. Flight Arrival: Once your flight lands at Mexico City International Airport, follow the signs to the immigration area. Make sure to enter in the 'estranjeros' line for foreigners. 2. Immigration: Proceed to the immigration counters with your passport and a copy (electronic, screen shot, or print out) of your hotel reservations and return ticket. Mexico City does not require any immigration forms to be filled out. 3. Customs: After clearing immigration, collect your checked baggage from the designated carousel. Proceed to the exit, where there is one final baggage x-ray. You may be waved through straight to the exit, or you may be randomly selected by a customs agent for a baggage inspection. If selected, follow the instructions given by the customs officer. 4. Exit: After clearing customs, you will enter the arrivals area. There will be people waiting for their loved ones. Walk past them and look for signs directing you to gate 3 if you are in terminal 2 or gate 7 if you are in terminal 1. There will be many taxi drivers asking if you want a taxi, just reply 'no, gracias" to each of them, and they will stop offering. 5. Ground Transportation: If you have arranged for transportation in advance, proceed to the designated meeting point - gate 3 or gate 7. If you need a taxi, make sure to use authorized taxi services available at the airport. If a taxi is used at all, an official airport taxi or official hotel taxi are the only taxis that should be used. Avoid using unofficial taxis to ensure your safety. We recommend using Uber. Always use Uber Black - they are efficient and inexpensive. Remember to always follow any instructions given by airport officials, be aware of your belongings (like at all airports and big cities), and keep your important documents secure. If you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to ask!
