Where is Bee Cave, TX?

Answer

Bee Cave is just west of Austin! It is roughly 30 minutes from the airport and is close to the popular Lake Travis. Bee Cave is about an hour south of Griffin and Rylee's house. It is also close to the area that Rylee grew up in!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal or "western formal." It will be Texas in September so do with that what you will! Think what you would wear for “formal” attire and just add some boots or accessories if you want to! Western is not a requirement. ~Boots and hats are welcome, jeans are not. ~ Feel free to reach out to Griffin or Rylee for any questions!

What is the venue?

Answer

Our venue is the beautiful Star Hill Ranch in Bee Cave, Texas. The venue is built from historic buildings from all over Texas and outfitted with an antique furniture collection curated by the owner. The venue is set up like an old western town!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

It is both! The ceremony will take place in a shaded courtyard outdoors. The rest of the evening will have events utilizing the spaces in at the venue, both indoor and outdoor options. We recognize that Texas can be (really) hot so we will have fans and water available everywhere for guests to enjoy and stay cool.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

The wedding colors include soft warm tones to fit the late summer and early fall season of Texas. Our colors are not limited to the bridal party!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a lot attached to our venue right by the entrance. There is also a shuttle that will run from the Sonesta Hotel to the venue for the celebration. Uber and Lyft are active RideShare options in the area as well.

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Little ones of all ages are welcome and should be included in the wedding invitations. If you have any questions ask Griffin or Rylee!

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We ask that guests participate in an unplugged ceremony and refrain from any usage of phones or personal photography/videos. We also ask that guests take plenty of photos and videos for the rest of the evening and share to a QR code provided!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All guests that are welcome are indicated on the invitations. If you’d like to bring someone not listed on your invitation, please reach out to Griffin or Rylee.
