We have known Joe since we first moved to Seattle at the height of the pandemic in fall of 2020. Throughout the years, we have been fortunate to share many experiences and laughter with Joe in our lives. We are absolutely honored to not only call Joe a lifelong friend, but to have him be the person to officiate our marriage. We look up to Joe as he is someone who demonstrates unconditional positive regard, maintains a nonjudgmental stance, share our values of empathy and loyalty, and shows incredible insight. We realized we wanted someone to officiate our wedding with these qualities, and shows through their actions, what commitment means.  This is what this celebration is about - and this is why we hold Joe in the highest regard.
