RSVP cards/link will be mailed 2.5 months before the wedding. Please mail your RSVP card no later than September 25, 2025. To help us in planning, we gladly accept early RSVPs. You'll receive this card and a return envelope in the wedding invitation. Please write your name and guests' names clearly on the front or back of the RSVP card. You can also RSVP on the Zola link and add Plus Ones and family members on the second page.
On the RSVP card, there will be a place to add the name of your date or plus one (this will be when the invitations go out 2 months prior to the wedding). If you RSVP on the Zola link, you'll write your name on the first page and add your date or plus one on the second page.
The dress code is cocktail/semi-formal attire. October in Texas can still be warm, but evenings can cool off. We kindly ask our guests not to wear white in honor of the bride🤍. Color is encouraged!
While we love your little ones, due to budget and space limitations, we will be welcoming children from our immediate families only.
We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day. Please indicate on the RSVP card your dietary needs i.e. vegan, gluten free, pescatarian, no pork, etc. We will have two a la carte vegan entrees, 1) Lion's Mane Mushroom Steak with Balsamic Pan Sauce served over Parmesan Polenta and 2) Quinoa, Sweet Potato, and Mushroom-Stuffed Poblano Peppers with Charred Tomatillo Sauce. Please let us know on the RSVP card which entree you prefer. You still have access to the buffet. The main entrees on the buffet are Herb and Garlic Roasted Beef Medallions with Whiskey Demi Glaze and Horseradish Cream and Honey Glazed Smoked Salmon.
Yes! Please see Travel page for the block of rooms we reserved at Springhill Suites Austin Cedar Park ($159/$169 is the discounted rate) and Airbnb recommendations. We encourage you to check out Airbnbs near Lago Vista and Jonestown. Be sure to reserve ahead of time as this is a popular month and area for weddings.
Austin Party Shuttle (APS) will pick up guests at Springhill Suites Austin Cedar Park and drop them off at The Lucky Rabbit on Friday and at Villa Antonia on Saturday. The shuttle will make multiple runs throughout the evening and guests will be dropped off at the hotel. There is enough parking at Villa Antonia for everyone who feels comfortable driving. If you are going to be drinking and enjoying yourself, we kindly suggest carpooling, having a designated driver or booking a ride with Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind because of the location of the venue, ride shares are limited. Keeping everyone safe is our main priority.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, so please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and enjoying the scenic views. October sunsets are stunning at Villa Antonia, so early arrival will let you take in the beauty!
October can be one of the best months for weather in Texas! Expect temperatures in the 70s to low 80s during the day, with cooler evenings in the 60s. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing sunscreen if you'll be outside during the day. Keep an eye on the forecast a week before the event, as rain is possible in the fall.
Yes. Please park in Parking Lot 1 for wheelchair accessible parking spots and access.
Yes! You will find our registry on our wedding website under the section ‘Registry’.
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. After the ceremony, feel free to use your camera phones. We will have a disposable camera on each table so your party can catch the funny, off-the-cuff moments. We'll collect them at the end of the evening, have them developed, and send you a copy.
