Hotel Xcaret México

We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, an all-inclusive resort 40 miles south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to when it comes to booking a room, as well as helping you book your roundtrip flights. Please note we are requiring guests to stay at the hotel where the ceremony will be. We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on any online travel websites as they will be 1) more expensive for you and 2) because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for the entire group. There is no additional cost to book your travel and lodging through MarieSam. She'll make your room and transfer arrangements to provide the best travel value available! Be sure to book by September 12, 2025, to receive the discounted group rate. Only the initial deposit will be due at this time, with payment in full due November 21, 2025. Ten en cuenta que requerimos que todos los invitados se hospeden en el hotel donde se llevará a cabo la ceremonia. Te pedimos amablemente que NO reserves habitaciones directamente con el hotel ni a través de sitios web de viajes, ya que 1) será más caro y 2) tu reservación a través del bloque de grupo ayudará a asegurar beneficios y comodidades especiales para todos. No hay ningún costo adicional por reservar tu viaje y hospedaje con MarieSam. All Travelers, please note that up to date passports are necessary and all existing passports must be valid through the duration of your stay.
