Welcome Party

Casual event. You are welcome however you please.
This is an optional event to gather and spend time with our guests before the big day. The welcome party will be located at the wedding venue and we will provide beverages, light appetizers, and yard games.
Camping at Venue

Camping is available at the venue to anyone interested. All campers must be “self contained” as the venue does not provide accommodations for campers. Bathrooms (porta potty) will be available but there is no water access for campers (i.e., dry camping only). Campfires will NOT be allowed. Additionally campers are not allowed to access the river from the venue property. Guests are invited to camp Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night and there is a $30 charge (per day) which can paid at the venue. Please RSVP if you know you are interested in this option. Guests can change their minds accordingly as the date gets closer. If you camp on Sunday, you need to leave the venue by 10am Monday morning. The venue is approximately 20 minutes from Kalispell or Bigfork, both of which have dinner and entertainment options.

Party bus transportation
3:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Transportation to the venue will be provided for guests who do not want to drive themselves. Guests will be picked up and dropped off at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell.
Two buses will be departing from the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:00pm on Saturday, June 27th. The buses will be available to drop guests back off at the hotel at 10:45 and 11:45pm (times the buses are scheduled to depart the venue). Party bus not your style? No problem, there is plenty of parking at the venue if you would prefer to drive yourself.
Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

This will be a semi-formal/casual event, we prioritize comfort and dance-ability and invite our guests to do the same. The wedding party will be wearing formal apparel, guests are invited to join however they will be most comfortable. Dresses/suits, jeans, button-ups, or western attire are welcome. Be prepared for Montana weather (anything is possible).
The ceremony will be held outdoors and is a short walk from where the reception will be held. For those with accessibility concerns, we will have someone available to transport you to the where the ceremony will be held. Please email us if this is some you would be interested in. Dinner and dancing to follow. We recommend leaving pointy heels at home unless you'd like to aerate the grass. Chunky heels should be fine.
Reception celebration
6:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Dinner and drinks will be provided. A party bus will be available to drop guests off at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell. Camping is also available at the venue.
