Thursday, September 2 | Welcome to Tennessee * 4:00 PM – On-site lodging check-in begins * 5:00 PM – Wedding rehearsal (wedding party only) * 6:00 PM – Welcome dinner & drinks * Evening – Campfire & hanging out Friday, September 3 | Wedding Day * 4:30 PM – Guest arrival * 5:00 PM – Wedding ceremony * Following the ceremony – Cocktail hour, dinner, drinks & dancing * Late night – Pizza & after-party Saturday, September 4 | Relax & Celebrate * Daytime – Relax, explore & enjoy the mountains * Evening – Casual BBQ dinner & drinks Sunday, September 5 | Until Next Time! * 11:00 AM – On-site lodging check-out Lodging Information On-site cabins and additional accommodations are available. Cabin and room assignments, along with lodging details, will be shared before the wedding weekend.
