The Wedding Website of Paige Lupo and Ryan Parriera
Questions? We’ve Got You. Everything you need to know for our wedding weekend at Sugar Hollow.
Question

When is the wedding? When is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is Friday, September 3, 2027! The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM at Overmountain Hall at Sugar Hollow Retreat. We recommend getting there a little early so you have time to park, grab a drink and get settled.

Question

Which airport should I fly into?Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

For most Las Vegas guests, Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) will be the easiest option because of Allegiant's nonstop service. Plan on approximately 2 hours of driving from AVL to Sugar Hollow.

Question

Is this a whole wedding weekend? Is this a whole wedding weekend?

Answer

YES! That's one of the biggest reasons we chose Sugar Hollow. We have the property for the weekend and want this to feel like a little mountain getaway with all of our favorite people, not just a few-hour wedding. If you're staying onsite, check-in starts Thursday at 4 PM. We'll get married Friday, hang out and celebrate Saturday, and say our goodbyes Sunday. Sugar Hollow's onsite lodging checkout is Sunday at noon.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception?Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Everything wedding-day related will be at Overmountain Hall! Our ceremony and reception will both be there, so you won't have to drive somewhere else in between. Our rehearsal will also be at Overmountain Hall, and most of the other weekend events will be around Overmountain Hall or Maple Meadow.

Question

Where do we park?Where do we park?

Answer

There is a dirt parking lot right between Overmountain Hall and Maple Meadow. Each Cabin will have it's own parking as well.

Question

Where should we stay?Where should we stay?

Answer

Don't stress about lodging yet!! We will be reaching out with information for both onsite lodging and nearby Airbnbs soon. Sugar Hollow has onsite houses throughout the property, and there are also Airbnbs super close by — some only about 5–10 minutes away. Stay tuned for the official invitations because they'll have the most updated lodging and booking information. We'll keep updating the website as we go too!

Question

How do we book onsite lodging? How do we book onsite lodging?

Answer

Sugar Hollow has its own lodging portal that you'll be able to book through. We are still working on room assignments and all the details, so please don't worry about booking anything yet! If we have onsite lodging planned for you, we'll reach out with everything you need to know once it's ready.

Question

Are the Airbnbs far away? Are the Airbnbs far away?

Answer

No! There are several Airbnbs really close to the property, most of the ones we're looking at are only around 5–10 minutes away. Some can even be accessed using the Sugar Hollow roads. We'll help with Airbnb recommendations too, so you don't have to figure everything out on your own.

Question

Do we need a car?Do we need a car?

Answer

Yes, we recommend having access to a car or carpooling with someone. Sugar Hollow is over 300 acres, so even guests staying onsite will need to drive between some of the houses and Overmountain Hall.

Question

Do I have to be staying onsite to hang out at Sugar Hollow?Do I have to be staying onsite to hang out at Sugar Hollow?

Answer

Not at all! Even if you're staying at an Airbnb, you are more than welcome to hang out on the property with us throughout the entire weekend. We have Sugar Hollow to ourselves, and we want everyone to enjoy it! We'll probably be hanging out at the houses, having campfires, playing games, exploring, having some drinks and just spending time together throughout the weekend. Your Airbnb is basically just where you're sleeping. We'll put together a more official weekend schedule as we get closer so anyone who's interested knows where we'll be and what's going on!

Question

Are we going to be fed?Are we going to be fed?

Answer

Absolutely!! We will be hosting the following meals - Thursday: Welcome Dinner. Friday: lunch for all out-of-town guests, cocktail hour, reception dinner and late-night snack. Saturday evening: BBQ at Maple Meadow followed by campfire and s'mores.

Question

Do we need to bring food?Do we need to bring food?

Answer

We'll have several meals and wedding events planned throughout the weekend, but the houses also have kitchens, so feel free to bring your own drinks, snacks and whatever else you want for your stay. Guests can also use Instacart where delivery is available and Sugar Hollow can assist with cordinating that prior to your arrival.

Question

Will there be beer? Will there be beer?

Answer

We appreciate that you have your priorities straight. Yes!! Beer and hard seltzers will be available throughout the weekend and at all hosted meals. But you can also feel free to bring your own and stock up your cabins!!

Question

Answer

On wedding night, we'll also have a bartender serving signature cocktails during the reception. Beer and seltzers will still be available too.

Question

Will we have cell service? Will we have cell service?

Answer

Cell service can be limited on the property, but all of the buildings have Starlink Wi-Fi! Honestly, kind of perfect for disappearing into the mountains for the weekend lol.

Question

Can we walk everywhere within Sugar HollowCan we walk everywhere within Sugar Hollow

Answer

Definitely not everywhere. Sugar Hollow covers hundreds of acres. Some cabins are within walking distance of each other, but others are not, and you will not want to walk from your cabin to the ceremony.

Question

What are the roads like? What are the roads like?

Answer

The property roads are well-maintained dirt/gravel mountain roads. Some are narrow. There are pull-offs along the roads; if two vehicles meet where they can't pass, one may need to back up to the nearest pull-off.

Question

Will we have a map? Will we have a map?

Answer

Yes. Everyone staying onsite will have a Sugar Hollow property map in their cabin, and we'll make the map available before the trip. It shows lodging, meeting places, driving roads and hiking trails.

Question

What will the weather be like? What will the weather be like?

Answer

Potentially hot AND chilly. When we visited at this time of year, daytime temperatures were in the 80s, but mountain evenings can cool down quickly. Bring warm-weather clothes plus a sweatshirt or light jacket.

Question

What if it rains during the ceremony? What if it rains during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is planned outdoors at the Amphitheater. If Mother Nature decides she'd also like to attend, umbrellas will be provided if needed. A little mountain weather isn't stopping this wedding.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 30, 2027 - but please don't read that as 'I should RSVP on April 30.' That's the latest date. If you know earlier, please tell us earlier.

Question

When will we know all the final details? When will we know all the final details?

Answer

Stay tuned for the official invitations! They'll have all of the updated information for the wedding, lodging, booking and weekend plans. Don't stress — we'll make sure everyone knows where they need to be, where they're sleeping and what they're doing before wedding weekend

Question
