FAQs

If you have other questions that are not listed here, please feel free to reach out to Kaelin and Ryan.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and the reception is formal. For the guys, we recommend a suit jacket or a dress shirt with a tie. For the ladies, we recommend full length, midi, or knee length dresses, or a pantsuit. Bright colors are encouraged! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, weather permitting. The reception will be inside. The venue is paved throughout, so feel free to rock your best pair of heels.

Question

Can I bring a date? Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with children and loved ones, we kindly ask that you only bring the guests addressed on your invitation.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Meadowbrook Hall has parking available on site if you are planning to drive. There will also be a shuttle that runs from the hotel areas to the venue for the ceremony, and throughout the night. Ubers may be sparse given Labor Day Weekend, so please plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony at 4:30pm. We will promptly begin the ceremony at 5:00pm. If you miss the start of the ceremony, we ask that you join us at cocktail hour, which will begin around 5:30pm.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The night before! We would love for you to join us at the Welcome Party on 9/5. We will kick off wedding weekend with games, speeches, dinner, and drinks. You will have an option to RSVP to the Welcome Party when you RSVP to the ceremony and reception.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 7/15 at the tab above. You will have the option to RSVP for your whole party when you enter your name.
