We met in seventh grade at Ira Jones Middle School when we were paired up for a CAD project in Industrial Tech. Ryan wanted to play the games, I wanted to take notes and study for the quizzes. 14 years later, not much has changed. We started dating our freshmen year of high school in 2014 and went to homecoming together (please don't ask to see pictures). We broke up for a year, but got back together our junior year on 1/28/2017 and have been together ever since. We went to prom, played in state championships, and enjoyed senior year together before we left for college. Ryan went to the University of Iowa to study engineering and watch football, and I went to Hope College in Michigan to play softball. We spent a lot of time on I-80 in those four years, before moving back to Illinois together. I went to physician assistant school, and Ryan started his career as an engineer. I would like to say, there's no more supportive person on the planet than the boyfriend of a PA student. We both are now in the work force (and buying a lot of lottery tickets with hopes of early retirement). We got engaged in Cabo San Lucas on 1/2/2025 during the best trip ever with both of our families, and have had the pleasure of wedding planning ever since. As a couple, we love spending time with our families, playing games, trying new restaurants, golfing, and traveling. We've been to 24 states and two countries together, and are hoping to add Switzerland, Italy, and Germany to the list on our honeymoon. We are so excited to start the next chapter together as husband and wife, and can't wait to celebrate with all of our family and friends. Thanks for visiting our wedding website!
