The perfect kick off to wedding weekend! We'd love if you could join us for the Welcome Party. There will be games, speeches, dinner, and drinks. Please wear shoes you'll be comfortable in, no stilettos or tall heels. We will add the address closer to the date. There is limited parking at their home, so we ask that you take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle will run from the hotels we have blocks at to the Summers throughout the night.

Our ceremony is scheduled for 5:00pm at Meadowbrook Hall. We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. Please arrive around 4:30pm to ensure you are seated prior to the ceremony starting. If you running late, we kindly ask that you join us at cocktail hour, starting at 5:30pm.

Our cocktail hour will begin at 5:30pm in the outdoor garden of Meadowbrook Hall. There will be passed hors d’oeuvres along with a full service bar. You will be required to show your ID for alcoholic beverages. Meadowbrook will also offer guided tours of the venue during cocktail hour as well if you are interested in seeing the Dodge family mansion!
6:30 pm - 11:15 pm

Following cocktail hour, we will move indoors to the reception tent. The celebration will continue with toasts, dinner, drinks, and dancing. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
