Standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm which is the same time as the ceremony, so please ask about early check-in if you are staying for just Saturday night. Cabin Reservation
We are offering all guests the option to stay at the campground in cabins at no cost to you! Each cabin has between 6-8 twin bunk beds and 1 cabin sleeps up to 12 people. Sleeping arrangements will be assigned as soon as we gather enough information. You will need to provide your own pillows and linens/sleeping bags (if this isn't possible please let us know and we will help!) See FAQ page for more details on cabin stays. Unlimited Tenting!
If a hotel or a cabin isn't your style and you want to really be one with nature, bring your tent! There are no assigned tent placements, so explore and find the prettiest place to set up camp.
Train
Amtrak & Metro North
Amtrak and Metro North both run through Union Station in New Haven, CT. The station is about 15 minutes from Camp Cedarcrest and accessible through cabs or Uber/Lyft.
Flight
Airports
Camp Cedarcrest is located in Orange, CT which is basically right between NYC and Worcester, MA. This is super convenient for us but not particularly for anyone who has to fly in. The attached link is actually from the Yale University 'Getting Here' website but has a lot of great info, the camp is about 20 minutes from New Haven and Yale. I've included some of the airport options below (these are all based on preliminary google searches and take no traffic into account!)
