We have reserved a selection of rooms at the Hotel for a reduced price! The majority are available for Friday and Saturday night but we also added a more limited selection for Wednesday and Thursday night for our friends and family travelling from Ireland and the Greater US who may be joining us earlier. We recommend booking early if you would like to secure those rooms - but of course we will keep an eye on things and may be able to add additional discounted options at a later date depending on overall Hotel availability. Feel free to reach out to us prior to booking if you would like a Wed/Thurs room so we can see if the Hotel can accommodate! We cant wait to celebrate with you! This Hotel is very conveniently located just a 3 minute drive from our venue and will be offering shuttle bus service to and from the venue. The after-party will also be happening here! We do not have a discounted rate at this Hotel but thought we would add it as another convenient option for those looking for accommodation. It is conveniently located directly across the road from the Hilton, making the venue shuttle bus easily accessible for any guests who choose to stay here!

This is another accommodation option located just a 6 minute drive from our venue and a 3 minute drive from The Hilton. Again, we do not have a discounted rate at this hotel but are including it here for information and convenience!

Taxi Services

Uber and Lyft services are plentiful in NYC and on Long Island and can easily be booked ahead or at the time of travel using those Apps. For those who prefer a more traditional cab company here are two local companies - All Island Yellow Cabs (+1 516-9310-2900) and Bethpage Taxi and Airport Service (+ 1 516-652-2353)

Long Island Rail Road

Our New Yorker's know, but for our traveling guests, The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) is Long Island's very own commuter train, connecting Long Islanders to the City. The closet stations to our venue and suggested hotels are Farmingdale Station (30 Sperry Place, Farmingdale, NY 11735) which is about an 8 minute drive, and Bethpage Station (Stewart Venue & Jackson Avenue, Bethpage NY) which is about a 10 minute drive. Both trains are on the Main Line and serve the Ronkonkoma Branch. From NYC you can catch the LIRR from Penn Station or Grand Central Station and tickets can easily be purchased from Ticket Booths at those stations or on the handy mobile app (MTA Train Time) which shows schedules and allows for in-app purchase of tickets. For those arriving at JFK you can take the Air Train to Jamaica Station and transfer to the LIRR. You will be looking for the Ronkonkoma Branch trains. That branch directly serves Farmingdale and Bethpage without the need for transfers. For those arriving at LGA you can take the Q70 LaGuardia Link Bus to Woodside and catch the LIRR there. Please note, this route may require a LIRR branch transfer at Jamaica Station, either from the Long Beach Branch to the Ronkonkoma Branch or the Far Rockaway Branch to the Ronkonkoma Branch, depending which you hop on a Woodside. The Ronkonkoma Branch does stop at Woodside, but with less frequency than the Long Beach or Far Rockaway Branches. For those arriving at Newark (we don't recommend) you would need to take the Airport Bus to Newark Penn Station from where you take the New Jersey Transit to New York Penn Station and jump on the Ronkonkoma Branch LIRR. This would be a very long journey, up to 4 hours!! You can easily plan ahead and check train schedules on the LIRR website. Most stations have taxi ranks with cabs waiting as standard during peak hours. You can also schedule a taxi in advance (see our note on Taxi Services) or order an Uber or Lyft when you arrive!
