The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art
An incredible museum inside AND out! The large lawn is filled with outdoor sculptures featuring the super-sized shuttlecocks that are true Kansas City icons.
Boulevard Brewing Company
Take a tour of the renowned local brewery, or simply come enjoy a brew and good company on the Rec Deck! Choose from a wide selection of Boulevard beers and beverages while challenging your friends (or foes!) to a match of deck shuffleboard, tabletop shuffleboard, or foosball. (p.s. The Negro Leagues Baseball Museum is the world’s only museum dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich history of African-American baseball and its impact on the social advancement of America. It is located is in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri’s Historic 18th & Vine Jazz District.
Country Club Plaza
Come for the shopping + dining, but enjoy the view as you explore! The Plaza is an outdoor museum of romantic Spanish architecture and European art where people actually live and work every day amid its beauty.

A swanky, consistently delicious spot on the Country Club Plaza! The patio seating (complete with fire pits) is extra lovely.
