The Milni is a welcoming Sikh wedding tradition that marks the meeting of the bride and groom’s families. During this ceremony, close relatives from each side greet one another with garlands, honoring mutual respect, unity, and the joining of two families.
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
The Anand Karaj is the traditional Sikh wedding ceremony translating to “Blissful Union.” It is a spiritual ceremony that unites two souls through the four Laavaan (pheras), symbolizing commitment, love, harmony, and unity.
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Lunch will be served following the ceremony, inspired by the Sikh tradition of langar, signifying equality, community, and shared hospitality.
6:15 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us for hor d'oeuvres and cocktails.
