Camp Kinder Ring

Camp Kinder Ring is a beautiful 1960's summer camp on Lake Sylvan in Hopewell Junction, NY. There are hotel rooms and lakeside cabins available. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, heat & air conditioning, and a television. You will have access to the entire grounds, including the lakefront & sports fields - the camp provides sports equipment! Metro North

The New Hamburg stop on the Hudson line is about 20 minutes away from camp. Take a taxi or Uber from there (or let us know you're coming and we'll figure out a way to get you to camp!)

Flight

SWP, HPN & NYC

Stewart International Airport is about a 30 minute drive from camp, and its small size makes it quick and easy to fly in and out of. Westchester County Airport is also a good option, but can be tough to find direct flights to and from. Otherwise, JFK, Newark and La Guardia Airports are all 1.5 to 2 hours by car. Arriving to camp directly from any of these airports may take upwards of three hours by public transportation, so you may consider driving or pooling for a shared taxi.

Inn at Arbor Ridge

If you aren't keen on staying at the camp, The Inn at Arbor Ridge is the only hotel in Hopewell Junction. There are also plenty of hotels in the nearby town of Fishkill.
