Originally from Northern California, Sam first moved to the East Coast to study at Fordham University. During this time, she met the groom's brother, Cam, while waiting in the standby line for tickets to a taping of Saturday Night Live. Ten years later, they are to be married on October 16, 2021 at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, Massachusetts. A proud Aquarius and doting cat-mom to the charming Sebastian, Sam is a driven creative whose steadfast support and enthusiastic friendship Rosetta deeply appreciates; she is honored that she will soon be able to call Sam her sister-in-law!
Taylor Forgione
Maid of Honor
Taylor and her fiancé, Jared (the groom's youngest brother), have known each other as friends since high school. Their relationship took on a more special bond six years ago, and the couple now looks forward to their wedding celebration on August 6, 2022. Taylor comes from a large, loving Italian family that includes four daughters and a son, and it is no doubt that this is where she gets her sweet, affable nature. Rosetta knows she can always rely on Taylor for a calm but like-minded perspective and a quick quip to keep her laughing. These two Emerson College alumnae look forward to officially becoming sisters-in-law!
Cameron Doherty
Best Man
The middle Doherty son, Cam has recently returned to his roots in Massachusetts after living with fiancée and Maid of Honor Sam in New York City since 2015. An avid sports fan just like his brothers, Cam grew up with Shane in many hockey rinks over the years and is a famed veteran of the legendary Smarty Jones Stadium, the old whiffle ball field hosted in the boys’ backyard in Tewksbury. Today, Cam is responsible for managing the chaos of “The Family [Fantasy Football] League”. Shane is grateful for Cam’s easygoing attitude that makes him not only a caring brother but also a truly good-natured friend.
Jared Doherty
Best Man
Growing up as the youngest, Jared still had the same interest in sports, music, and movies as his older brothers; in fact, he was probably the only first grader listening to blink-182 in 1999. An elite connoisseur of the North Shore roast beef sandwich, he rounds out the trio of Doherty-brother weddings taking place between October 2021 and August 2022. Underneath relentlessly witty humor, Jared is a loving fiancé to Maid of Honor Taylor as well as a playful guardian to Brahms, their ginger Persian cat. Shane respects Jared’s selflessness in his loyalty to his family, knowing that he will always be there to help when needed.
