Vashon is a popular place to stay during the summer! We have pre-reserved the Lodges on Vashon, however this hotel is not large enough to accommodate all of our guests. There are only a few other hotel/B&B options on Vashon, which are listed below. There are plenty of rentals on Airbnb and VRBO that range in size and price. We recommend looking there if you can not find a place from our lists. If you have not already booked accommodations, we recommend doing so as soon as possible, as rentals fill up quickly during the summer months. If you see limited options when you begin your search, please don’t stress. Reach out to us - we are happy to help! Please note, if you plan to stay at a hotel in Seattle, you will need to be mindful of the Vashon ferry schedule (see the Travel tab) and expect extended Friday evening and Saturday afternoon ferry lines.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Lodges on Vashon to the Venue

We will provide a shuttle service for guests who are staying at the Lodges. The shuttle to the venue will load at 2:30 PM. The first shuttle back to the Lodges will leave the venue at 9:15 PM. The second will leave the venue at 10:15 PM.
