Rogue Valley International Medford is the closest airport. It is approximately 30-33 minutes from both the venue and Edgewater Inn.

Edgewater Inn Shady Cove

We currently have all rooms blocked out for the Edgewater Inn. They are available on a first come, first serve basis. When you call for reservations, please indicate you are booking for the "G and K Wedding". We were informed that the rate will include a discount, however rates vary depending on river front vs. parking lot side. Parking at the Inn is Free. We were informed that around January/February the Inn will need to make the rooms available again if they are not booked. About the Edgewater Inn: The cozy Edgewater Inn is located 5 minutes from the venue and 33 minutes from Rogue Valley International-Medford airport. The Inn offers an old rustic/cabin feel and beautiful views, as it sits right on the Rogue River. The Inn currently has 4.2/5 stars. It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness room. Staying at this Shady Cove Inn, guests may also enjoy fishing in the Rogue River for salmon and steelhead from the hotel fishing/observation deck. Additional Information: Arrowhead River Adventures is a 13 minute drive, Eagle Point Golf Club is 12 miles away, Crater Lake National Park is 1 hour drive away.

Maple Leaf Motel

While we do not have rooms blocked out at the Maple Leaf Motel or a discount available, it is another option in close proximity to the venue. Maple Leaf Motel is family owned and operated. Their spacious rooms, recently renovated, are furnished with amenities to help make your stay more comfy: mini-fridge, microwave, satellite TV, free WiFi, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker & complimentary coffee and more. All rooms have two queen-sized beds and a desk and are able to sleep up to four guests, perfect for families. For those traveling in a group, interconnected adjoining rooms available.

Prospect Historic Hotel Bed and Breakfast Inn - Motel and Dinner House

This spectacular Crater Lake lodging is located just 28 miles from Crater Lake National Park (Oregon's O NLY National Park) and 1/4 mile from the Rogue River, offering warm and inviting accommodations in the natural beauty of Oregon . If you are interested in a Crater Lake Bed and Breakfast or Crater Lake B&B, Crater Lake Hotel, a Crater Lake Motel or a Crater Lake Restaurant this is the place to visit. We again do not have rooms blocked out at this location, and note that is is about 22 minutes from the venue, however is a great option for those who would like to be close to the venue and Crater Lake!

If the Edgewater Inn, Maple Leaf, or Prospect are not your style, there are also several hotels located in close proximity to the Medford International airport (approx. 20-30 minutes to the venue). They include, but are not limited to Clarion Pointe, Comfort Inn, Courtyard, Candlewood, La Quinta, and Ramada.

AirBnb

In addition to rooms blocked out at the Edgewater Inn, we also recommend looking into Airbnb's in the Shady Cove, Trail, White City, Eagle Point and Medford areas, especially for larger groups/room sharing. We encourage you to look at the distance to the venue from the Airbnb you plan to book. Please feel free to reach out to ensure the locations are safe (we advise against south Medford).

Rental Car/Ride Share

The following rental car companies may be available at Rogue Valley International in Medford and Eugene Airports: Avis-Budget, Alamo, Enterprise, Hertz-Dollar, National. We encourage you to look at the website for the airport you plan to fly into. Uber/Lyft is also readily available at Rogue Valley International in Medford. We have found that it is generally cheap (typically $20 for 20 minute ride), however prices may surge when busy, and we strongly recommend checking both ride share apps, as they can greatly differ at times. We also recommend checking back in 10-15 minutes if it is considered a "busy time", as they usually drop significantly shortly after.

Flight

Eugene Airport

This is the second closest airport to us. It is sometimes cheaper to fly into than Medford, however we strongly recommend comparing the difference with the cost of a rental car down. Eugene airport is approximately 159 miles (2 hours 50 minutes) to Edgewater Inn and approximately 157 miles from the venue (2 hours and 48 minutes)
