What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal. Our venue is completely outside and right on the Rogue River. While we hope for perfect weather, it can be unpredictable. We recommend planning for any kind of weather, and comfortable shoes for dancing!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to invite everyone, our venue is fairly small, and we unfortunately have a limit on the amount of guests we are allowed to invite, so only the guests who are listed on the invitation/available for selection on the RSVP page are invited at this time. We understand this may be upsetting and apologize. If you feel like this is a mistake, please feel free to reach out but we ask for your understanding!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

There will be light appetizers available between the ceremony and reception. Dinner will include an Italian spread, buffet style. We will have both meat, fish, veggie, and gluten free options available, as we understand our guests may have different food preferences. Please indicate any food restrictions when you RSVP so we can ensure we meet everyone's dietary needs!

Is it open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks will be provided (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) courtesy of the bride and groom throughout the entirety of the day, up until last call. This will include beer, wine, mixed drinks, and our bride/groom specialty drinks. We just ask that you tip your bartenders as you normally would for their great service!

What date do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

While the invites indicated a Feb 3rd RSVP by date, they were sent out later than anticipated and ask that you RSVP by no later than February 17th. This helps us to give our vendors an accurate number to plan for.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

Currently, Uber/Lyft is the best way to travel to/from the wedding venue. There are also rental cars available for rent at Medford Airport for our family and friends who will not be participating in alcoholic beverages.

Where do I get my tickets for the Rogue Jet Boat Adventure on Sunday?

Answer

You can purchase your tickets online at roguejetadventures.com. Tickets are $35/person for the Discovery Park experience , including shuttle. We encourage guests to book ASAP as they book up quick and we are NOT able to block out tickets! We have made our reservation for the 11AM "Discovery Park Experience -Including Jet Boat Shuttle". We will be looking to "add on" our time to the later shuttle return (likely 3:15 or 5:00PM)- however the time you wish to book for arrival and departure is up to you! Additionally, please feel free to purchase any ticket of your choosing if you wish to go on a tour. Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions :)
