Fort Wayne International Airport

Unfortunately there are no direct flights into Fort Wayne. They tend to fly through Chicago O'Hare and Dallas-Fort Worth. Make sure you look for the cookie lady in Fort Wayne. There is normally someone passing out free cookies before you enter baggage claim or if you arrive later there is usually a basket of them.

Hampton Inn Downtown Fort Wayne

This is the hotel James and Katherine will be staying at the night of the wedding. The Hampton Inn is new and will be opening in July. It will have two restaurants and a free breakfast buffet. We have 20 rooms reserved for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night and 5 rooms reserved for Tuesday - Sunday for people in the bridal party or family that might be coming in a bit earlier. The rooms are at discounted rate of $125 and reservations need to be made by August 3rd to receive that rate. Otherwise the regular rate is $175 or more. Courtyard by Marriott Fort Wayne Downtown at Grand Wayne Convention Center

The Courtyard is recently remodeled and has a new restaurant called Conner’s Kitchen & Bar. We have 20 rooms reserved for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night and 5 rooms reserved for Tuesday - Sunday for people in the bridal party or family that might be coming in a bit earlier. The rooms are at discounted rate of $130 and reservations need to be made by August 3rd to receive that rate. Otherwise the regular rate starts at $175.
