Preparing for Travel

A passport book is required to fly to Mexico. If you do not already have your passport, please apply for one. Receiving in the mail can take 6-8 weeks. Plan to receive before July 1st 2024 the last day to book/pay for your room. 1. Obtain Passport - ASAP 2. RSVP through Zola - Anytime before April 1st 2024 3. Reserve room - Anytime before July 1st 2024 3. Final payment for room - Anytime before July 1st 2024 4. Book flight - Anytime (the bride and groom are waiting for flight prices to come down before purchasing flights) 5. Meet us in Mexico!

Flight

Detroit and Grand Rapids Airports

Most guests will likely fly out of Grand Rapids and Detroit airports. Detroit is the only airport that offers direct flights. Our travel agent Danielle Fergus can help book your flights or you can book your own if you would like to use reward points. Please inform Danielle of your flight details. She will arrange transportation between the airport and resort.

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort

There is a room block from Saturday November 30th through Wednesday December 4th (4 nights). If you would like to stay longer than 4 nights, we encourage guests to reserve a room as soon as they confirm attendance due to availability outside of our control. With this being an all-inclusive resort that includes all food and drinks, the room prices are per person per night. Pricing starts at $208 per adult per night for double occupancy. $207 per adult per night for triple occupancy. $334 per adult per night for single occupancy. Children ages 3-12 is $131 per night. She can help answer any questions and find the room that is best for your family and budget. There is a room block with a limited number of rooms at a locked in rate. Danielle can help with payments at no charge. NOTE: All room reservations and final payments are due July 1st, 2024. If you miss this date, you can still reserve a room, we are just not able to guarantee availability or prices. Additional Tips: 1. There is a max of 3 adults that can occupy a standard room. 2. If you are traveling with more than 2 children reach out to Tonya for additional tips. 3. Connecting rooms are available but you must request with Danielle. There is an additional fee per night to have them connect. Availability is limited, please request reservation soon.
