We're getting married!

We are beyond excited to celebrate our special day with each and every one of you at Dreams Playa Mujeres Resort and Spa in Playa Mujeres, Mexico. We love to travel and couldn't imagine anything better than traveling with our family and friends for our big day! We are so incredibly excited for this momentous time in our lives and hope that we are able to share it with you all. Grab your passports, pack your swimsuits, and prepare for a relaxing vacation with delicious food, drinks, excursions and lots of dancing! We first met on Bumble, the dating site where the female has to start the conversation within 24 hours after both have matched. We happened to match when Tonya was in Frankenmuth for the weekend attending Kaden's Baseball tournament. After a few weeks of chatting we decided to meet for the first time. We chose golfing and dinner, meeting in DeWitt since it was a halfway mark from where we lived. Dustin beat Tonya by two strokes, depending on who tells the story. Tonya's version is Dustin won by taking way too many mulligans, Dustin's version, he won fair and square! We were at ease with each other right away, so much so while at dinner Dustin stole a tomato off Tonya's plate while asking "you don't like tomatoes"? Tonya does like tomatoes, but she asked Dustin to be her date to a friend's upcoming wedding on Mackinac Island anyway! We don't remember when we "officially' started dating but after our first three unique dates all over the state we were pretty fond of each other. We have been making memories and going on adventures ever since!

Four years later Dustin proposed during art prize along the river at An-Nab-Awen Park in Grand Rapids. In true Dustin fashion, as he got down on one knee he said "This is as good of a place as any, will you marry me?". It was perfect! Now we embark our our greatest adventure yet!
