Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
The wedding will be at Marchand Ranch, located at 4807 CO-9, Cañon City, CO 81212. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in this beautiful spot!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:00 PM MST and allow time for parking if not taking the shuttle. We will start promptly at 4:30 PM MST.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail or Formal: Suits (colors encouraged), tuxedos, cocktail dresses, long gowns, and dressy jumpsuits are welcome. Please follow the color code on your invite.

What hotel should we book?
Answer
Feel free to stay at any hotel in Canon City. We recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites: Canon City, this is where the shuttle will pick up and drop off our guests. Yes, parking is available at the venue.

What are the transportation options?
Answer
There is NO Uber/Lyft available in Cañon City. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the wedding venue. Shuttle: Details TBD Parking: There will be plenty of parking available at Marchand Ranch Carpooling: Feel free to carpool with fellow guests to make travel easier and more fun!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited seating, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. We hope you understand!

Will there be a reception after the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! After the ceremony, we’ll have a Cocktail Hour/Dinner/Party with food, drinks, music, and lots of fun.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP through our wedding website by June 1st, 2025. Please let us know if you’ll be attending so we can plan accordingly!

Are kids invited?
Answer
While we love the little ones, our celebration will be an adults-only event. We’ve reserved invitations for close family, and we hope you understand.

Is there a gift registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! If you’d like to contribute, we have a honeymoon fund set up to help us create unforgettable memories. Your generosity means the world to us!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. We’re hoping for beautiful weather, but if it’s not on our side, we’ll move things indoors.

Can I take and post pictures of the ceremony?
Answer
We love that you want to capture our special day! While we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to ensure an uninterrupted experience, feel free to snap as many photos as you’d like during the reception.

What should I bring to the wedding?
Answer
Just bring yourself (and your dancing shoes)! No need for gifts, but if you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, feel free to check out our registry page.
