Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Come as you are and stay as long as you’d like! This historic winery is nestled at the base of the Rockies, with picnic tables and a big grassy lawn—bring a blanket or chairs if you’d like to spread out. Dress comfy and enjoy a relaxed afternoon together. We’d love for you to join us for our welcome event! All 8 of the winery’s picnic tables will be reserved for our group, and you’re welcome to bring your own food or snacks—or enjoy tasty bites from the winery (cured meats, artisan cheese, nuts, crackers, olives, and chocolate). Wine will be available by the flight, glass, or bottle, with 10% off everything for our wedding party.

SHUTTLE PICK UP

🚐 Shuttle pick-up from Holiday Inn Express, Cañon City at 3:45 PM to bring you to Marchand Ranch wedding venue. A return shuttle will drop you off at the end of the night. 🚗 Prefer to drive? There’s plenty of free parking at the venue.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail or Formal: Suits (colors encouraged), tuxedos, cocktail dresses, long gowns, and dressy jumpsuits are welcome. Please incorporate our color scheme if possible.
Please arrive at 4:00 pm. The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 pm. Please note that it will be unplugged, meaning no phones/photos during the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Join us for drinks and light bites as we mingle and celebrate before the festivities continue!
Reception
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Join us for an unforgettable evening of dinner, drinks, dessert, and dancing! We’ll celebrate the night away with great food, tasty drinks, and plenty of fun on the dance floor. The shuttle will depart Marchand Ranch at 11:00 PM and return to the Holiday Inn in Canon City.
