Our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, and day after brunch will all be held at this location. We recommend booking accomodations ASAP as our wedding is on a holiday weekend! We’ve reserved a series of lodge rooms and cabins for our wedding weekend, and we’re so excited to share this special place with you! Our room block has a two-night minimum stay, but if you're only able to stay for one night, you can still book—just call the resort directly at (802) 483-2311 and they’ll help you out. Our room block includes Classic, Luxury, and Suite lodge rooms, along with several beautiful cabins and homes, available on a first come, first served basis (see below for details). Once our block fills, guests are still welcome to book available accommodations at our discounted group rate—just be sure to book directly through the resort to receive our special pricing. Reservations made through third-party websites (like Expedia or Booking.com) won’t count towards our room block and won’t qualify for the discounted rate. When you book, a 50% deposit of your total stay is required. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, you’ll receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay, your deposit is non-refundable. Also, if a guest cancels, that room or cabin is released from our block and made available to the general public — so if you need to cancel or adjust your stay, we recommend doing it as early as possible. ***To book, please call the resort directly at (802) 483-2311 (Extension 1 once prompted) and mention 'The Gale/Robson Wedding'. Available Cabins & Homes
Trillium – 2BR/2.5BA cottage steps from the lodge, great for couples. Wintergreen North – 4BR/3BA featuring multiple living areas, ski-in/ski-out access, and stunning mountain views Saddlebrook Cabins – We’ve blocked 2 of these rustic-style 1 BR cabins, perfect for individuals or couples. Lodge Rooms (7 left!): - Classic Rooms (4 rooms) - cozy, hotel-style rooms near the main lodge - Luxury Rooms (3 rooms) – Larger rooms with upgraded amenities Descriptions are brief — please visit Mountain Top Resort's website or call the resort to ask about layout or availability. Once again, rooms and homes are limited, so we recommend booking early!
Travel Note
Flying In
Guests have several options if they are choosing to fly for our wedding. First note of caution, our wedding will be at the end of a busy holiday travel weekend! Please book your flights sooner rather than later to save money and ensure you have a guaranteed seat on a flight! We suggest flying into either Albany, NY or Boston, MA and coordinating rides with other guests who live in the area to minimize costs for car rentals (please reach out to bride and groom if you would like help with this). If you plan on renting a car upon your arrival instead, we suggest flying into either Albany, NY or Burlington, VT airports, as these are the closest to our venue.

Other Lodging Options
Our primary lodging option for guests is at Mountain Top Resort. If you would prefer to stay elsewhere, there are hotel options or rental properties located in and around Chittenden, VT. However, WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING TRANSPORTATION. If you choose to book a different hotel, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue.
