Hotel
*Please book no later than November 11, 2026* This is the primary hotel that we will be staying at. There will be free shuttle service to and from the ORD airport as it is nearby. This hotel is about 15 minutes from our venue and where transportation will be provided from. Use the link provided or type in 90I to the group code section under "Special Rates". The website defaults to Friday 12/11- Tuesday 12/15 so make sure to change that to fit your travel schedule. The room rate is $179/night. *Please book no later than November 11, 2026* There are plenty of other hotels in the area should you decide not to stay here. The surrounding area is called Rosemont, IL and many of the hotels also offer free shuttle service to and from the ORD airport.
Flight
Chicago has two main airports. O'Hare (ORD) is the largest and will be the most convenient option with free shuttle service to most nearby hotels. Midway (MDW) is primarily used by Southwest Airlines. While we recommend flying into ORD, if you decide to fly into MDW you can take a taxi/ride share service between the two airports. It is about a 35 min drive without traffic.
Train
For those wanting to explore downtown Chicago, the Rosemont metro station will be the most convenient. This is the blue line train that will take you downtown and will connect to other lines. You can use Apple/Google maps to see train schedules and routes. If using the Blue Line train, you may need to download the "Ventra" app on your phone. Or, you can buy tickets ($2.50) at the station before you hop on.
