No. Uber, Lyft, and public transit services are available in Chicago. Additionally, many hotels in the Rosemont area provide free shuttles to and from O'Hare airport. There is a blue line train stop in Rosemont that will take you downtown (40-50mins) if you want to explore the city, and the venue is a 15 minute drive from the hotels. If you feel the need to rent a car, there is an onsite paid parking at the hotel and free parking at the venue.
We might be asking you to come to Chicago in the winter but we aren't THAT mean. All events will be held indoors.
Yes, there is free parking at the venue if you will be driving to the Victoria in the Park.
The ketubah is the standard marriage contract that Jewish law requires a groom to provide for his bride on their wedding day. We will have a short ceremony to sign and validate the ketubah at 4:00pm prior to our wedding ceremony and we invite you to join us. Champagne will be served during this ceremony.
The official wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled beforehand if you are not attending the ketubah ceremony.
The reception will end at 11:00pm. We will be going to back to the hotel and hanging out at the lobby bar afterwards to keep the party going.
All wedding-related events are located on the Schedule tab. While there is no sponsored farewell brunch, we will be eating breakfast at the hotel at 9:00am on Monday morning if you would like to join us.

If you are not renting a car, there are three options available: 1) Uber/Lyft 2) Take the Metra train from Rosemont to Union Station (comfortable, safe, what Robin used in high school to get to the city with her friends). NOTE*** This specific train line (NCS) is ONLY available M-F. Please check online here for more details: https://metra.com/train-lines/ncs. ~$7/person. Estimated timing: ~35mins to arrive in the city. Union Station is the entrance to the fun, so there MAY be more walking or transit involved upon arrival. 3) Blue Line CTA from Rosemont. This line will take you into the city, you will have more freedom on where you can be dropped off. $2.50/person. Definitely has the "city transit charm". Not unsafe, just not the classiest ride. Will take ~1 hour to get to the city (+ more if you have a certain location you are headed towards). ONCE YOU ARE IN THE CITY: Buses are fabulous. Friends in the city can attest. Also ~$2/ride. You can use other CTA lines as well. Avoid the Red line if possible. Otherwise, please use Uber/Lyft, OR, if you have the "midwest might", you could walk.
