Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may start to arrive at 3:15pm. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm.

What about parking and transportation?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue. They will even allow you to leave your car overnight, as long as it's picked up by 9am the next morning. If you need taxi services, we recommend scheduling it ahead of time. You can schedule a Lyft (regular) 7 days in advance. It doesn't appear Uber services the area. The local Grass Valley taxi service allows advanced scheduling 24hrs in advance. Call them at 530-477-7766. Note they will only have 1 driver Sunday evening.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

We have that taken care of! Our photographer is a professional and would appreciate if you hold your photos/recordings until after the ceremony.

What do I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire is preferred, aka dress to impress! The ceremony will be out on the lawn and reception outdoors as well. There will be an indoor space to mingle, but please plan accordingly.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! We are hosting beer & wine.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Can I bring a plus one?

Those listed on the wedding invitation envelope is who we will have seats for. Visit the RSVP page and enter your name. The guests we have seats for will appear in your party. Please reach out if you need clarification.

Can I bring the kiddos?

Answer

Consider this a night off! We'd love to celebrate this day with you and let the babysitter/ grandparents/ aunts/ uncles/ cousins have a night in with the little ones.
