What airport do I fly into?
Answer
We suggest that our guests fly into the Milan Malpensa Aiport (MXP). There are many direct flights out of Chicago to Milan! We will send out text blasts when we book our flights and when good deals become available.

How do I get to Stresa?
Answer
Upon arriving in Milan, you can take a train from Milan to Stresa. The train ride is approximately 50 minutes. We will attach a link soon where you can find tickets!

When Should I arrive to Stresa?
Answer
We understand that traveling to Italy is daunting and not practical for everyone. If you are planning on coming, we would love to have you during any part of the weekend! The Welcome Drink will be on Friday, May 22nd, with the wedding following on Sunday, May 24th. We will be hosting other events during the week if you choose to arrive earlier. More to come!

What Travel Documents do I need?
Answer
To enter Italy, all you need is a valid U.S. passport, which must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your intended stay. No visa is required!

Will there be a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We are working on getting a couple of different hotel options for our guests. We also recommend checking out Airbnb and VRBO as they have good options if you prefer.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the lawn of the villa. The dinner reception and dancing will be held indoors.

What is the Dress Code?

The dress code for the wedding day celebration is black tie optional.

Are Children Welcome?
Answer
While we adore your little ones, this is an adults-only occasion with the exception of close family and friends. Please see the names listed on your invitation when they are sent out.
