Flight

Austin-Bergstrom Airport

This is the most convenient location to fly into. You don't need a rental car here. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Austin Airport is about 15 minutes from downtown. The next closest airport is San Antonio International Airport. This airport is about 75 miles away (approximately 1 1/2 hour car drive).

We are huge fans of Airbnb and use it readily when we travel. There are amazing options all around the city. We live in Travis Heights, and wedding events will be occurring throughout downtown and near the University of Texas Campus. Spring semester will be over and UT is not as busy during the summer sessions. Happy to answer any questions about locations before you book.

Hi everyone! Summer in Austin is usually filled with travelers, so hotel options and lodging can be limited. We are offering two room blocks for our guests. One closer to the venue and the second is a little further away (a short 15 minute drive) but in a quieter part of town and close to the Domain, which is full of shopping and restaurants. Please don't hesitate to ask us any of your travel questions!
